I remember being a young man, around twenty or so, and being good-looking and confident, and I was laying around one day trying to remember how that felt. I enjoyed physical exercise, and you could tell by looking at what a toned body I had. I’m not going to say that I was a supermodel or anything, but women definitely used to check me out when I walked by, and I got my share of girlfriends back then. It was always an ego boost for me because I would be lifting at the health club or swimming in the water and have my heart pumping really hard, and the women who walked by would always give me a smile and I knew that they liked what they saw.
It wasn’t that long ago in some respects, but the body I had was a long way from that time. I felt like all I ever did in my free time was sit on the sofa, and no one was checking me out there, that’s for sure. I guess what really bothered me was realizing that I had gotten so far from being in shape that I probably wouldn’t feel real good about it even if a cute lady did check me out. It was like I was in a Twilight Zone episode where it was the same me, but I had gotten transported into a different body.
He said he’d using Growth RX, and that I ought to go online and find Growth RX testimonial. There was no question that his physique had gotten better over the last few weeks, so I asked him if this was his secret, and he said that it was. I decided that it made sense to look into.
What a great decision that turned out to be. I investigated Growth Rx Hgh thoroughly. The testimonials were quite impressive, and that made me check out the ingredients, too. I don’t like to pour things into my body that aren’t made of natural ingredients, but this stuff was made of natural ingredients, so I was ok there. The benefits it claimed to have weren’t just building muscle mass, but also increasing energy and reducing muscle recovery time, along with helping to lower body fat levels, so I chose to give it a shot.
Was I ever impressed with the results. This is the smallest pants size I’ve worn in a long, long time. The muscles in my arms and legs quickly became more defined. It could have been the increase in my energy level, or maybe it was the faster healing time for my muscles, but regardless of the reason, I definitely noticed an uptick in the duration and intensity of the work-outs I was doing. I had dreamed so often of what it would be like to have the body that I did when I was twenty, and now I was getting to where that was actually beginning to happen. It was great to know that my body was being taken care of, and that definitely had a positive impact on me psychologically as well.
As you can imagine, when I caught a much younger woman in her prime checking me out from head to toe at the grocery store recently, I felt like I was back on top of the world. I loved getting that type of attention again. With Growth Rx helping me meet my fitness goals, I knew that wouldn’t be the last time that some young, buxom brunette would be checking me out. I still like to relax on the couch, but from now on, I won’t be sitting there all alone.

Glowing Growth-RX!
Saturday, May 16th, 2009Glowing hankerchief!
Saturday, May 16th, 2009This was my first marriage and I wanted to plan the perfect wedding shower. I needed help, so I asked my sister if she would like to help me plan it. She agreed and was excited as much as I was. I know there is a lot of work to be done when planning a shower and I was eager to get started. I have planned showers before and I knew my shower would turn out awesome. There was not a whole lot of time for me to plan my shower and I thought I better get started soon.
Me and my sister were looking for a place to have the shower and enough space for all the guests. We came across one that was real close to where I live. We went on the computer to look for decorations and gifts. There were a lot of themed wedding ideas that were gorgeous. I finally found all my decorations and purchased all the gifts I needed for the wedding shower. Our next step was to find shower favors. There was a big variety to choose from. I took a lot of time looking because of all the awesome shower favors. We saw a handkerchief that was so elegant, that I decided this is what I want to give my guests for a wedding favor. This made me decide that I wanted one for myself on my wedding day. I saw a glowing the handkerchief that was awesome. I was so sure that all my guests would fall in love with the mens handkerchiefs. I planned to get the lace handkerchief for a shower favor for all my guests.
All my plans we going well. We booked the hall and purchased the decorations, gifts, and wedding favors. I needed to figure out what kind of food I was going to have at my shower. I looked into catering and found out that it was costly. While looking through my recipes, I came across some of the best dishes, that I know me and my sister could prepare. We ordered the cake at the bakery down the street. All the planning was finished. I picked out these gorgeous invitations and mailed them. All we needed to now is wait patiently for the day of the shower.
It was the day of the shower and I and my sister went to the hall early to set the tables and decorate. It took us about an hour to decorate the hall. When we were done decorating the room, we couldn’t get over how awesome the room looked. I made sure that I took a picture to remember how great it looked. We decorated the tables with a centerpiece and put the cake on the food table. Each setting had a cotton handkerchief. If you saw the room, you would say the room looked so elegant.
My guests finally arrived and we all had such a great time. We all had such a good time. We enjoyed the games and feasted on some good food. I heard throughout the shower that my guests liked receiving the handkerchief as a gift. It was amazing to see how many gifts I did get. The shower was coming to a end and I wanted it not to end, because we were all having a good time.
At the end of the shower and when everybody was going home, my guest told me that they really loved the handkerchief. I am so glad I went with the handkerchief for the wedding favor. My shower was a success and will be in my memory always. I also am grateful that I had my sister to help me plan my wedding shower. It meant so much to me that she was a part of this.|It made me feel good that she was by my side through this.|She really touched my heart during this.[/spin] That is the reason she is my maid of honor.
Glowing silver hearts wedding
Saturday, May 16th, 2009The couple picked out a heart wedding for their choice of décor, and what they did with it was spectacular. The presents, the invitations, the whole nine yards, all of the things in their wedding had a heart decoration of some kind on it. The glowing hearts favors they sent out had a couple of silver hearts on the outside with the scheduling and contact information all printed so that it was right there when you opened it up. They were really quite beautiful. They picked out very elegant candle holders for the unity and tapered candles, and of course there were two small hearts dangling from the unity candle. The altar looked fabulous with all the lovely flower bouquets and the candle setting. They even had hearts hung on the end of each pew with the tulle draping from row to row. I’m sure that the hearts were related to the wedding day falling on Valentine’s Day. The bride was so beautiful that you couldn’t take your eyes off of her, and she was the center of an unforgettable ceremony.
The décor of the reception included a plethora of hearts and flowers. White roses, and some red ones, were placed in the middle of each table, and the place cards were put in holders designed around a silver hearts wedding. The table settings glittered with glasses for wine and champagne. The bride arranged the tables beautifully. They had their names and the date of the wedding inscribed on the wine glasses, and the champagne flutes were crystal. On the table that the wedding party sat at, the new couple had very special champagne glasses. They were double hearts wedding flutes, with the two silver hearts linked together, just like on the hearts wedding invitation they sent me.
The hearts wedding cake they had made had five layers and it was delicious. It looked as good as it tasted. They had a personalized wedding cake topper that was a spitting image of the two of them; come to think of it, this may have been the only item in the whole wedding that wasn’t a heart. The wedding cake topper was special, the only one of that type I’ve ever been exposed to. She said she bought it at a wedding website where she got all of her accessories and reception supplies. She took some pictures of her groom and herself, and from that, they put together a cake topper that could have been their twins. Something like this has to be a really super wedding keepsake.
In the end, we gave a silver hearts wedding to all of the guests. First there was a lovely votive candle holder and also coffee favors decorated in a groom package for the men and a bride package for the ladies, with little heart shaped coffee scoops. I thought that was really a cute idea they came up with. Come to think of it, their entire wedding day was filled with sharp ideas they had. The whole hearts genre matched Valentine’s Day, but I was still surprised at how many supplies and wedding items she found to fit that theme. I still can’t get over how cool that cake topper was. That could work great on a birthday cake or maybe even a graduation cake, not just a wedding cake. She told me they have supplies and decorations for many events, and promised to show me where she shopped. Well, anyway, the wedding ceremony and the reception were a definite success and everyone had a wonderful time. The week they’re spending in Mexico is going even better for them than the wedding did, I’m sure. I can’t wait until they return and I can see all the pictures she took, listen to all the stories of the fabulous places they saw and things they did. From the brochures she showed me, it’s looks magnificent.
Glowing duck baby shower
Saturday, May 16th, 2009Kids need bathtub toys, and Sesame Street’s Ernie even sang a song about one of the classics, a tune called ‘Rubber Duckie You’re the One.’ I wasn’t really sure about this theme at first until I checked out all the cute little accessories and all the possibilities of having duck baby shower. It was a lot simpler to put together such a baby shower than I anticipated it would be, especially with all of the outstanding input I gleaned from suring the Internet. There are a lot of adorable little duck favors and decorations to be found on the internet for baby showers and even toddler birthday parties.
The den in my basement was big enough to hold everyone, so I put tables down there with seating for four people. On one end of the room was a table for all the shower gifts and on the other side of the room I had a buffet style table set up with all kinds of finger foods, drinks and deserts, including an adorable little yellow duck shaped cake with the words baby girl on the bottom layer. Each had a poster or two of Mickey Mouse or one of his friends; the ones of Daffy Duck and Daisy Duck were enormous.
At each table were little pink picture frames that I used as place card holders and each frame came with a baby duck in the corner. There were duck favor candles at each table too and on the buffet table were paper plates, cups and napkins all with little baby ducks on them and even the punch bowl was unique. I bought a bathtub for an infant that was in the form of a duck at a local retail place, and I put the punch bowl inside of it. It was really kind of cute. I got some duck-shaped jello molds, and I put yellow water in them and froze them so that our ice cubes for the shower looked like little yellow ducklings. I took my duck idea to great extremes.
Other than a few things that people at school suggested to me, I borrowed most of my ideas from things I saw online. That’s where I found such cute little duck shower favors, like the glowing little duck favor bookmarks and candle holders. The people at the shower thought they were to die for, and they got handed out to the winners of the games we did at the shower as well.
I filled a square tub with water and, prior to any guests arriving, I put a bunch of duck bath toys in it. Underneath every rubber duck, I wrote a number, and the each guest plucked one out of the water as they arrived. We gave out a prize for the person who had the winning number, which I pulled out of a hat a bit later during the shower. We had a lot of fun with the guess the baby picture game, too. The guests were told in advance to take a baby picture of theirs to the shower with them, and then we put them all on a board and put the board in the front of the room. Each guest got a chance to check out the board and see how many pictures they were able to match up with the faces of the other guests. The one with the most correct matches won a prize.
We had a lot of fun, great laughs and the mother to be got some really neat gifts for her little girl. Going on the net to help me put together this shower was an outstanding decision. At first I wasn’t too sure about it, but it turned out to be a really great baby shower. Going with the whole duck genre worked out swimmingly.
Glowing ceramic wedding favors
Saturday, May 16th, 2009There is a lot to planning a wedding and reception, but the one thing that seems to take the longest to decide, is what to get your guests as thank you gifts. You can go with lovely crystal favors, ceramic wedding favors, and even a more practical gift like household items. No matter which you consider, you’ll find more than enough to choose from.
I’ve even found ceramic favors for my country themed wedding ceremony and reception party. Every possible motif you could think of for your wedding and reception will still work with ceramic thank you gifts. I found these little black ceramic wedding trays and tea caddys that I thought were really awesome. There were ceramic wedding gifts like candle holders, awesome tea lights, vases and more. Since I consider shopping for the wedding favors as the most difficult part of the planning, plus trying to decide from such a wide variety, I decided that it was the last thing I put on my list of things to do.
So, I decided to start with the decorations for my reception tables first. Picnic tables were the choice for my country western décor, and I put red and white checked tablecloths on each with daisies in little metal buckets to use as centerpieces. The little barbecue grills I picked out as place card holders were so cute, and I thought they would make adorable little souvenirs of our reception for our friends and family to keep. I figured little barbecue grills were a neat idea, since we weren’t having a catered reception, but instead, a large family cookout. There were also little cowboy hats at each place setting and cowboy boot glasses for the refreshments. As far as the ceramic wedding favors go, I didn’t go with the tea caddy, instead I opted for these adorable little honey pots with hearts on the dippers. I felt they worked out better for a country western theme and I really liked the way they looked. But, I came close to choosing one of the candle holders as their ceramic favor because they were just so gorgeous. Our tables looked fantastic and with all the surrounding décor accessories, it looked like the perfect down home celebration.
We brought in haystacks and scattered them around the area, and hung up white lights that twinkled, all through the trees. Talk about a western themed wedding cake topper, ours was one of a cowgirl hog tying her groom and probably taking him to the preacher. We all had a good laugh from our whimsical cake topper. In fact there were lots of laughs through the whole reception, with all the dancing and partying that was going on, we were all having a fantastic time. The kids really had a great time on the hayride we had all fixed up for everyone, and that had to be one of the best times ever.
Our bridesmaids, groomsmen, and all the people that cared enough to be in our wedding party received nice little gifts from us too. For the men in the wedding party, my fiance had chosen these cool cowboy steins and thank you gifts, and I chose some glowing little ceramic wedding gifts for the ladies. But for the little flower girl and the ring boy we bought tee shirts that had flower girl and ringboy printed on them. Our friends and family and everyone in our wedding party seemed to be very impressed with our choice of wedding favor gifts for each of them.
I also bought a few extras for myself, like a sharp little western themed guestbook and pen, picture album and I even ordered a cowboy hat for me and my husband that said bride and groom on them. I was hoping a country western wedding and reception would be cool, but I never thought it could have been so fantastic and that everyone would have such a wonderful time.
Brilliant memory books
Tuesday, May 12th, 2009There are so many events in your life that you want to hold on to, that you can look back on later in life with fond memories. There is your bridal shower, wedding day, baby showers and so many more ocassions you want to hang on to the memories . That’s why my memory books are some of the most brilliant items in our home. The photo memory book of my wedding shower that my sister and my loved ones put on for me contains wonderful moments in it. It was a fantastic night, and there are plenty of photographs to prove it. I have shots of all the crazy stuff we got into that night, along with some of how gorgeous-looking the décor of the party was. We really had a wild time and I’ve got super photos to prove it. I’ve even got a couple pictures of the male dancers we went to see. They knew how to work the crowd. That was my only foray into the world of exocitc dancers, and it was memorable. They may not be as famous as the Chippendale dancers, but these were more than entertaining, that’s for sure.
When I chose all the accessories and reception supplies for our wedding, I also made sure I had memory book for our photos of the wedding and reception. We had no shortage of pictures to put in it. In fact I knew to buy a couple of them, so I’d have enough space for all the pictures. Once the books were full, I still had pictures left over. One album had a space for our wedding guests to write their names in it. They were both lovely personalized memory books with my first initial on the left, the initial of our last name, and on the right my husbands first initial. The ribbon made of satin and the special fabric made the album have a very classy touch. Fortunately, you can add pages to them if you have to, which of course we did.
I made sure that I had books to hold all my memories of every important event in my life so far. The number of keepsake memory books I have will only go up since I hang on to them all. At the moment, I have books from my baby shower, wedding, and bachelorette party. I have a little girl that’s turning three next week and a little baby boy that is only one year old. Since we knew what we were having each time, I was able to order a pink book for her and a blue one for him. All of their momentous occasions are recorded in there, such as their first steps and baptisms. We have fingerprints, birth certificates, and regular pictures of them in the baby memory books. I slipped an official invitation from the showers and wedding in each album as well. I have so many memories stored in our closet that I could probably start my own picture gallery.
My husband complains all the time about the space these books take up on our closet shelf, but it’s like this, I want to hold on to all the great and special moments in our lives, and the best way to do this is through pictures. Of course, now I’m going to be shooting home videos on a camcorder that I recently purchased, so I’m focusing on making space on some shelving in the living room. With all the videos I plan to record and all the picture albums and memory books I’ve acquired, not to mention all that I intend to aquire, I’ll probably have to make more room in other closets around the house. What can I say, my recollections of the past mean a lot to me. These are the most precious years in a mothers life and I’m not letting anything get by me.
Brilliant bride and groom gifts
Tuesday, May 12th, 2009The bachelor party, the girls night out party, and engagement parties, all have one thing in common, the bride and groom gifts. There are a lot of neat little gifts that you can give your bride and groom to be at these parties. A number of the gifts my husband and I got were rather remarkable. Of course plain old money works just fine, and that’s what our engagement party gifts consisted of for the most part, but there were a lot of more creative presents as well. We got baseball tickets, gift certificates, wedding champagne, and a lot of small things along those lines. We didn’t really expect many gifts, since gifts are optional at an engagement party, but a number of our relatives and friends got us some regardless.
At my husbands bachelor party the guys bought him some cool tee shirts that had things printed on it like, how he survived his bachelor party and one that just said groom on the front. A mug with groom on it was another groom gift he got, along with a sun visor and lots of wine bottles that were made for a man about to get married. He also got to keep the ball and chain they made him wear all night and an inflatable woman they gave him as gag gifts. There were a few other gag gifts for groom too that the guys had a lot of fun presenting to him. The bride gifts I received at my bachelorette party were sweet, although some were meant as gag gifts too. They gave me a shimmering white satin purse with a clasp made of crystal on it and a ribbon on top to boot. Inside the bag they had put little gifts like a manicure set, a girls night out tee shirt, a bride to be brooch and a few little necessities a girl likes to have with her. They got me a ‘tonight’ pillow that, when you flipped it over, said ‘not tonight’ to go with whatever mood I’m in. It was definitely an unusual and funny throw pillow.
We didn’t get any joke bride and groom wedding gifts on our wedding day. We did get extras, like a couple of extra toasters, two identical set of dishes, and more waffle irons than we’ll ever need, but that’s par for the course with such a large wedding. I was fortunate enough to receive a certain food processor and some fine china that I had requested on my bridal registry. My mother- and father-in-law gave us a bar side set and a pool table, and my husband thought it was absolutely wonderful, and has already planned a get together with the guys. The plane tickets to get to the Greek Isles for our honeymoon came from my folks. We got a tremendous amount of lovely presents from our friends and relatives, all of whom we adore so much.
Most of all, our friends and family being at our wedding to share that magical experience with us was the greatest gift. They were with us every step of the way, from our engagement party to the wedding and to the reception dinner. They have always been there for us no matter what, and I’m so glad we have so many wonderful friends and such a devoted family, in our lives. It also helps to have friends that care enough to throw you a wild night with a bachelor party or a mind trippin girls night out bash. There is never a dull moment in our lives with the super great friends we have. Thank you notes could never begin to express how much we appreciate their love and support.
Brilliant Party Invitation!
Tuesday, May 12th, 2009The first thing I did when I decided to give my girlfriend a bridal shower was to put together a list of everything I was going to need for thte shower. Goal number one was finding a graduation party invitation. I checked out what the Internet had to offer because I don’t really like the hassle of shopping from store to store. I hit the jackpot there. The options I had were staggering, and the cost was very low. I even got a few items at a great discount price. The shower invitations were very high quality with pearl edges and silver writing. It wasn’t a place that specialized in bridal acessories, either; they had Brilliant party invitations and engagement party invitations, too, along with other things.
There were some great little accessories for my shower too, like place card holders for all the little tables I had set up. The wedding guest book was another present I purchased; it would help the couple keep good records of who gave them which gifts. One style of place card holders caught my fancy. The place cards themselves had pink lilies on them, and then everyone got a handbag made of plastic and filled with candy in different-colored wrappers. They looked so nice on the party tables along with the decorations and party favors I chose for everyone. No matter what the reason for the gathering, they have an appropriate favor box to go with it. I chose little floral patterned boxes which I stacked on a cake plate in layers and sat on the gift table. It was a good-looking way to set it up, and everyone there just came by and grabbed a gift. I picked out a few kinckknacks as awards for winning the bridal shower activities we were going to play, and the thank you presents were sets that had everything you’d need to give a manicure. I found some random things to hand out as awards, such as unique key rings, little vanity mirrors, and special soaps.
Party game suggestions abound on the Internet. There was a real funny one called ‘Take It Off ‘ where everyone puts a paper bag over their heads and then the hostess tells everyone to remove one article, and you’d be surprised how many ladies don’t think to remove the bag. That is a funny experience you’ll never forget. We had a hoot playing bridal bingo and some other activities, too. Deciding to surf the web was an excellent thing to do since I saw all kinds of things I could use and a good portion of them were very affordable. I know I got a super deal on the favors and invitations I picked out. I paid a fraction of what I had expected, I had lots of accessories to choose from and I didn’t have to go with inferior products. This site I found also has wedding invitations and favors, so I made it a point to inform my friend who was getting married about it, since I was sure she would want to know about this place. She’ll have a lot of options when she uses this site, and it will save her a pretty penny, which all newlyweds need. The shower was a hit because of them, I know that much. We all had a super time and all my favors and other accessories really impressed my guests. The last thing to do is to send them all thank yous for being a guest at the shower. The thank you cards, as you might expect, were purchased on the net as well. Next, I’m helping with my friends sons’ birthday party with the help of my favorite online store.
Brilliant mikasa crystal
Tuesday, May 12th, 2009All the reception tables were set up with lovely mikasa crystal accessories at a wedding I attended last week. On every table were lovely mikasa crystals and mikasa crystal glasses. The bride decorated her whole wedding and all the reception tables with such excellent taste. The mikasa accessories she had really added sparkle and elegance to her already beautiful table settings.
The place cards rested on the tails of these very beautiful little silver doves. The elegance of her reception tables were enhanced by the lovely centerpieces she had chosen. For her centerpieces she had lovely pillar candles with a floral garnish surrounding them. They also chose very impressive thank you gifts for all of the guests. At every table setting was a lovely gift of mikasa crystal wedding favors. The favors boxes with the little thank you hang tags was almost as gorgeous as the mikasa crystal favors that were inside.
Five layers of chocolate heaven with chocolate flavored cream cheese on each and every layer was the choice of wedding cakes they had. Their wedding cake topper was really extra special. Since she ordered most of her wedding supplies and decorations from an online wedding store, she decided to check out the cake toppers too, and found out they customize wedding cake toppers. All she had to do was send in a couple of head shots of her and her fiance and they customized bride and groom figurines that look exactly like the happy couple. They did a fantastic job capturing the faces of the bride and groom. I was determined to find out what the name of her online wedding store was so I could have them make up a cake topper like that for my mom and dads’ anniversary wedding.
One of the highlights of the evening was when the bride gave up her garter for the toss. All those single men gathered together with a growing excitement while they watched the groom remove the leg garter from his bride. Then watching them fall all over each other, trying to be the lucky guy to catch it. One guy didn’t want to be in the garter toss contest, but the other guys persuaded him to do so, and this sweet little widower in his 70’s walked away with the lace garter. There was a big smile on the old mans face as he walked off with the garter in his hand.
To toast the bride and groom we were given champagne flutes that had the bride and grooms name printed on them with the date of the wedding ceremony, and we got to take these home as keepsakes of the celebration. After the best man said his speech and we toasted the bride and groom, it was time for their first dance together as man and wife. They made such an elegant couple as they danced across the dance floor. When the bride and grooms dance was finished, everyone joined them for the next song. My poor feet suffered the consequences of my all night dancing.
Then it was time for the happy couple to leave the reception and begin their honeymoon, so everyone was yelling good bye and good luck. I found out from one of the other guests that they were going to Hawaii for their honeymoon. They’ll have a honeymoon to equal this fabulous wedding and reception. The rest of us partied until we couldn’t party no more.
I received my thank you note for my gift and my presence at the wedding and reception, after only two weeks. I was surprised to receive a thank you so soon. I did manage to get the information on the website that she ordered everything for the mikasa wedding from and the unique wedding cake topper too. In fact, I’m getting ready to place my order right now for my mom and dad’s anniversary wedding.
Brilliant jewelry boxes
Tuesday, May 12th, 2009In my day, jewelry boxes were just a box that all the jewelry went in, but now, you can buy watch jewelry boxes, earring jewelry boxes and boxes that are specifically made for necklaces only. The array of jewelry boxes can be decked out in a plethora of styles and colors. The women who stood up in my daughter’s wedding all got a jewelry box from her, and she picked one out for herself as well. She purchased a lot of things besides that, including her accesssories and reception supplies. They have some pretty nice suggestions for wedding decors, from traditional to themed. My daughter and son in law chose to have a fairy tale themed wedding, with all the trimmings. She really did look like Cinderella at the ball in her lovely wedding gown and long veil, and I must admit my son in law looked just as good as Prince Charming in his stunning tux. The ceremony was delightful. They left the wedding chapel in style, with a man in a tall white hat and long tails on his coat driving them away in a horse drawn carriage.
The reception had small white lights to add with the tulle that was draped above and tall flower vases scattered all about the room. An arch with green plants and red and white roses climbing up an arch stood behind the newlyweds’ table, while the wedding guests had at their tables an exquisite bouquet of flowers with sparkles that shimmered silver. For place card holders she found these silver dove tea light holders that really added glimmer to her settings. Flower and crystals adorned the small jewelry boxes that each lady at the wedding got as a gift. The men were given little key chains with the well known frog prince as a charm. The wooden, silver-plated, cheap jewelry boxes that each of the bridesmaids received had a black velvet lining. The date of the wedding and name of the happy couple were inscribed in the boxes. The bridesmaids were very appreciative of what my daughter gave them as a thank you gift. The jewelry box she got them looked very nice, but it was in fact a discount jewelry box and I had one like it myself for a long time. The men each got a commemorative inscription in a tiny plaque and a set of wine related gifts. Those were great, one of a kind thank you gifts, in my opinion.
Her wedding cake topper was a really unique little dream castle that really showed off the lovliness of their three tiered wedding cake. My daughter picked out champagne flutes and a cake serving set to tie in with the fairytale-themed cake. The amount of money she saved was staggering considering that she didn’t skimp on quality. They were firm about the fact that they did not want us to cover the bills from the wedding even though, as parents of the bride, we made it clear to them that we expected to pay for everything.
The first dance for the bride and groom was like something in a movie, and it was very emotional for me. It was as if I were watching the real prince and princess in the Cinderella story dancing together. The guys got so rowdy trying to catch the garter, during the garter toss, that they had me laughing to no end. Everything turned out perfect and my little girl got the kind of wedding and reception she always dreamed of. Her ideal honeymoon is where they are at the moment, and I’m sure it will be wonderful, too. She promised to tell me all about the great places they went to while on their honeymoon, as soon as she gets home.
